A true South West London local with Northern Irish roots, Karen is passionate about offering something different. At Karen Ross London, it’s not just about hair – it’s about building lasting relationships and creating a space where everyone feels at home.
Lilay Agca
Lilay Agca
With a background in business management and a passion for learning, Lilay brings both organisation and warmth to Karen Ross London. She is currently training for her NVQ Level 2, graduating this June and has a natural flair for hairdressing. Lilay offers a range of treatments and blowdries, while continuing to develop her skills in colour services and styling. Working alongside her mum, Lilay is proud to be part of a close-knit mother daughter duo, creating a welcoming salon experience where every client feels at home.
