A true South West London local with Northern Irish roots, Karen is passionate about offering something different. At Karen Ross London, it’s not just about hair – it’s about building lasting relationships and creating a space where everyone feels at home.
Lilay Agca
Lilay Agca
With a background in business management and a passion for learning, Lilay brings both organisation and warmth to Karen Ross London. She has just completed her NVQ Level 2, and now training to complete an NVQ level 3. Lilay offers a range of treatments, blowdries and continues to develop her skills in colour services and styling. Working alongside her mum, Lilay is proud to be part of a close-knit mother daughter duo, creating a welcoming salon experience where every client feels at home.
